Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal: your KYC verification hasn't been completed yet; you have an active bonus with outstanding rollover requirements; the withdrawal destination is a new payment method that requires verification; or the withdrawal was flagged for a routine security review. Check your Notifications panel for any pending action items, and contact live chat if the withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours with no explanation.

You can add a new withdrawal destination, but it must be registered in your own name. Adding a new payment method triggers a verification step — you may be asked to confirm the account belongs to you by submitting a screenshot of your GCash account showing your name. If the withdrawal is still in "Pending" status and hasn't started processing yet, you can cancel it from your Transactions page. Once a withdrawal moves to "Processing" status, it cannot be cancelled. Cancelling a withdrawal returns the funds to your betting balance immediately.

A parlay (or accumulator) combines two or more individual bets into one. If a game is officially postponed or cancelled and does not resume within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned to your account. If a game is rescheduled and resumes within 48 hours, bets typically stand. Parlay legs involving a voided event are removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs are recalculated.
