1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Link JILI. This website, accessible at linkjili.net, is operated by Link JILI and provides online sports betting, live casino, slot games, and esports wagering services to eligible users in the Philippines. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member," "you," or "your") and Link JILI ("we," "us," or "our").

By registering an account, accessing any part of the Link JILI platform, or using any of its products or services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

These Terms apply alongside any product-specific rules, promotion terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule will prevail for that product only.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account at Link JILI, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming and gambling regulations.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where access to online betting platforms is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of Link JILI or any of its affiliated companies, technology suppliers, or game providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or permanently suspended from Link JILI under any prior account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

Link JILI reserves the right to request documentation verifying your age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until verification is completed. If it is determined that a member has provided false information to circumvent these eligibility requirements, the account will be permanently closed and any balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each member is permitted to hold one active account at Link JILI. This applies regardless of the device, mobile number, email address, or payment method used. If you are found to hold multiple accounts — whether opened under your own name or using different personal details — all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be retained pending investigation. Bonuses or winnings derived from multi-account activity will be void.

3.2 Accurate Information Required

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and any other details requested during account setup or subsequent verification. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Link JILI is not liable for any loss arising from your provision of inaccurate information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication method you set up. You agree not to share your login details with any other person. Link JILI will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact our support team immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Link JILI is required to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawals. Standard verification requires a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS/GSIS ID, or voter's ID), a selfie, and in some cases proof of the payment method used. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Link JILI accepts the following Philippine-native payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank via InstaPay or PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 for e-wallets; ₱200 for bank transfers.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer timing depends on the sending bank's processing schedule.
• Link JILI does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently.
• Only funds from payment methods registered in your own name will be accepted. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your verified name — the same name on your Link JILI account.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process in under 5 minutes after approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Link JILI reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of standard anti-money laundering procedures.
• Withdrawals may not be processed to accounts that have not completed identity verification. Pending verification does not affect your ability to continue placing bets.

5. Sports Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on Link JILI are subject to acceptance by the platform. Link JILI reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion — including where there is evidence of an obvious pricing error, system fault, or irregular betting activity. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your wallet in full.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per bet is ₱50. Maximum stakes vary by market, sport, and event tier and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. Link JILI reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits based on betting history and risk assessment without prior notice.

5.3 Live Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability at the time of placement. Odds fluctuate in real time and the odds displayed when you submit a bet may differ slightly from those that are confirmed due to market movements. Link JILI operates a defined acceptance tolerance. Bets submitted outside this tolerance will be rejected and must be resubmitted.

5.4 Void and Abandoned Events

If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed before the qualifying period of play is completed, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For in-play bets placed after the event started, settlement will follow the result at the point of abandonment if sufficient play has occurred per sport-specific rules; otherwise, bets are voided. In accumulator bets, voided selections are removed and the parlay is recalculated on the remaining legs.

5.5 Settlement

Bets are settled using official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., the league, federation, or sanctioning organisation). Settlement occurs as soon as final results are confirmed. In cases where the official result is delayed, pending bets will be marked as "unsettled" until confirmation is received. Link JILI reserves the right to delay settlement pending investigation of any result-related irregularity.

6. Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games and slot titles available on Link JILI — including the full JILI Games library — are provided by third-party game suppliers. The rules, RTP (Return to Player) percentages, and payout structures of individual games are determined by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface.

6.1 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software fault during a casino or slot session, any unresolved round or bet affected by the malfunction will be voided and the stake refunded. Link JILI is not liable for technical failures attributable to the player's device, internet connection, or third-party network interruptions. Winnings from demonstrably malfunctioned game states will not be honoured.

6.2 Game Availability

Game titles are subject to availability and may be removed, updated, or temporarily suspended without prior notice — including for scheduled maintenance, provider updates, or regulatory reasons. Link JILI is not liable for any loss resulting from game unavailability.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by Link JILI are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as published on the Promotions page. General conditions applying to all bonuses unless stated otherwise are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable rollover requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The rollover multiplier and qualifying games/products are stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently voided (e.g., due to event cancellation) do not count toward rollover requirements.
• Link JILI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice.
• Bonuses that are suspected to have been claimed through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or through exploitation of technical errors will be cancelled, and associated winnings voided.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus (100% match up to ₱10,000) is available to new members making their first deposit only. It is credited automatically upon qualifying deposit — no code required. The welcome bonus carries a rollover requirement as specified in the current offer terms on the Promotions page. The welcome bonus cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other first-deposit offer.

7.3 Accumulator Boost

The accumulator boost applies automatically to qualifying multi-leg parlays as described in the current boost terms on the Promotions page. Boost percentages are applied to the combined odds of qualifying legs after all legs are confirmed by the system. Voided legs are removed before boost calculation. The boost does not apply to system bets or Lucky combinations.

8. Refer a Friend Program

The Link JILI Refer a Friend program allows members to earn referral rewards by inviting new players to register on the platform. The program operates under the following conditions:

• A referral reward of ₱500 is paid to the referring member when a referred friend: (a) registers a new account using the referrer's unique referral link or code; (b) makes a first deposit of at least ₱200; and (c) places at least one qualifying real-money bet on any Link JILI product.
• Referred accounts must be genuinely new, unique individuals. Referrals to accounts sharing the same device, IP address, payment method, identity documents, or physical address as the referrer will not qualify and may result in suspension of the referral program privileges for the referring account.
• Milestone bonuses (₱1,000 at 10 referrals, ₱3,000 at 25 referrals, ₱10,000 at 50 referrals) are credited once the cumulative threshold is confirmed. Milestone thresholds are based on lifetime qualified referrals, not within a calendar period.
• Referral rewards are credited to the referring member's wallet and are subject to a minimum ₱1 rollover requirement (i.e., they are effectively withdrawable immediately after a single qualifying bet by the referrer).
• Link JILI reserves the right to modify or terminate the Refer a Friend program at any time. Any referrals in progress at the time of termination will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Link JILI platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Fraud and dishonesty: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity or location in any way.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one Link JILI account simultaneously or consecutively, whether using your own or another person's details.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other players or with individuals involved in the events being wagered upon to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing: Placing bets with knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or engaging in any activity designed to manipulate the result of any event.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotions, bonus terms, or free bet mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational betting.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals for deposits that have been used on the platform. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action for the full amount claimed.
• Technical exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. Link JILI is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.
• Unauthorised commercial activity: Reselling account credits, wagering on behalf of others for commercial gain, or operating as an unauthorised betting agent through the platform.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by Link JILI

Link JILI reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the member has breached these Terms; (b) the account is being used for prohibited activity; (c) there is a risk of harm to Link JILI, its members, or third parties; or (d) regulatory requirements necessitate the action.

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, account balances may be withheld pending investigation. If an investigation confirms a violation, balances may be forfeited in full. If no violation is confirmed, balances will be returned and the account reinstated or closed at the member's request.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Link JILI account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcome, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion programme are subject to the responsible gaming terms in Section 11.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. Link JILI will notify you by email prior to applying any dormancy policy. After appropriate notice, a monthly administrative fee may be deducted from the dormant account balance to cover maintenance costs, as permitted by applicable regulations. Once the balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed.

11. Responsible Gaming

Link JILI is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Philippine members. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all members from within their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 48-hour cooling period.
• Loss limits: Cap your losses over a defined time period to prevent chasing behaviour.
• Session time reminders: Receive on-screen alerts after a defined period of continuous platform use.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from 24 hours to 30 days. The cooling-off takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed mid-period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and carry a minimum exclusion period of 12 months with no reinstatement option during that period.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Link JILI platform — including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, logos, text, images, and data — is the property of Link JILI or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, recreational betting purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Link JILI platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of Link JILI's intellectual property will be subject to legal action.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Link JILI's total liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Link JILI is not liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage;
• Loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content published on the platform;
• Loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control;
• Loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under Philippine law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by gross negligence.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Link JILI platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. You agree to contact Link JILI at support@linkjili.net before initiating any formal dispute process, to allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter directly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

16. Changes to These Terms

Link JILI reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members by email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect — except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the Link JILI platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
